I was on a panel today that talked about natural gas. I came away even more bullish. I will be stunned if natural gas is not $5/mcf by year-end. Production on the decline in the Haynesville, Barnett, Fayetteville, Canada and the Gulf of Mexico. Associated gas from the Bakken and Eagle Ford is not enough to offset these declines. Marcellus is the only area where gas production is going up.

Yes, higher gas prices will help SARA. All the reserves they had to write down at 12-31-2012 will be added back at 12-31-2013.
