Sweet 16 changes

We sent out a Flash Alert last night. Concho Resources (CXO) going into the Sweet 16 and Carrizo (CRZO) going to our Small-Cap Growth Portfolio. I still like CRZO, just need to make room for CXO.

We also sent out a profile on KOG.
