An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab for Concho Resources (CXO). Higher WTI oil prices are really going to help this company during the 2nd half.
My Fair Value Estimate for CXO is $110/share compared to First Call's Price Target of $107.08. I think FC price target will go up after they see Q2 results.
