Whiting has beaten the First Call earnings per share forecast three straight quarters and I now believe they will beat again in Q3 and Q4. Increasing oil production and higher wellhead prices in the Bakken and Niobrara are flowing to the bottom line for this company. I think what they have in the Williston Basin is worth more than the entire market cap of the company.
