DNR as a MLP?

Dan, What are your thoughts re the possibilities or advantages of DNR converting to a MLP?

EPM has said it is exploring the same possibility.

Both companies spoke at the Value Forum event in Scottsdale. Both said they will be generating a lot of free cash flow very soon. EPM by the end of this year.

MLP's trade at a higher multiple, making conversion very attractive to shareholders and insiders.

EPM could go this route in 2014. I think it will be a few more years for DNR.
