An updated Net Income & Cash Flow Forecast model has been posted under the Sweet 16 Tab.

DNR reported fantastic 2nd quarter results. They are definitely on-track to reach the high end of their production guidance (71,700 boepd) and the mix has improved with increasing oil production and declining gas production.

Problems in the Delhi Field are the only negative, but they will get that taken care of. For those of you in Evolution Petroleum (EPM) this will delay Payout for about six months. It is important to realize that this does not reduce recoverable oil. It just pushes back production a bit.

DNR is generating lots of free cash flow now and they are buying back shares.
