Triangle Petroleum (TPLM) -3.7% AH as it files for a ~40M share common stock offering by selling shareholders.

TPLM will receive no proceeds from any sales of the shares.

Guys: This is just someone selling 40,000 shares. It is not stock being issued by the company. This is not dilutive.
