Triangle Petroleum (TPLM) -3.7% AH as it files for a ~40M share common stock offering by selling shareholders.

TPLM will receive no proceeds from any sales of the shares.

last night there was some implied negative news re crk on seeking alpha, also. someone screwing with us?

Guys: This is just someone selling 40,000 shares. It is not stock being issued by the company. This is not dilutive.
