The monthly dividend on the Series A Preferred Stock is payable on April 1, 2015, to holders of record at the close of business on March 18, 2015.

The monthly dividend payment on the Series A Preferred Stock will be $0.19270833 per share, which is equivalent to an annualized 9.25% per share, based on the $25.00 per share stated liquidation preference, accruing from March 1, 2015, through March 31, 2015. The Series A Preferred Stock is listed on the NYSE MKT and trades under the ticker symbol "YUMA-PA."
