Winter - Updated December Forecast

Watch the Dec 1 Daily update. He will have a lot more on the full winter forecast on Saturday.

Because last winter December was very warm we should see very bullish year-to-year draws from storage this month. Significant cold arrives December 7 and should stay colder than normal through end of the month.
