Working gas in storage was 2,242 Bcf as of Friday, March 10, 2017, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net decrease of 53 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 236 Bcf less than last year at this time and 395 Bcf above the five-year average of 1,847 Bcf. At 2,242 Bcf, total working gas is within the five-year historical range.
We should see a big draw from storage for the week ending 3/17. Storage at the end of March s/b more than 400 Bcf lower than last year.
