Mont Belvieu Propane Spot Prices

1-19-2016 was the 5-year low of $0.30/gallon
1-31-2017 was $0.84
3-20-2017 was $0.60

Natural gas and NGL prices are determined on regional markets. They have no direct relationship to crude oil prices. Biggest year-over-year drop in supply is from the South Texas Eagle Ford.
